			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In December 2009 wfp:2 bought the online-chess-community kingchess.de which was founded about 10 years ago. Around 800 users play chess on kingchess.de, approximately half of them are registered members of Kingchess.</p>
<p>Kingchess offers classic online-chess with tournaments, configurable personal and public invitations and a kingchess league for teamplay.</p>
<p>The community will be enhanced continiously, a first step will be a mobile version of Kingchess, allowing players to make their moves away from their desktops.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>wfp:2 Mönchengladbach developed the new website for the Direkt Marketing Center of the Deutsche Post. The site informs about the portfolio of services of the Direkt Marketing Centers and shows current training courses that are booked and&nbsp; rated online. An additional status bar informs about the occupancy rate of training courses. Specific information about a course can be downloaded by PDF which is generated on the fly. Registered users can also visit a member´s area where they can access a survey of their training courses and corresponding applications.</p>
<p>wfp:2 developed the complete application and portlets with Liferay in the third quarter of 2009.</p>

Depending on login rights many additional features like CAD-data, pricing or texts for invitations to tender are placed beside the products. A protected area for partners, dealers and planners, a shop for demonstration and used models, a huge download-area with manuals and folders as well as latest news and dates complete the website.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hospitality portal hotel.es is a project that wfp: 2 implemented for Munich-based client Digital Innovation GmbH. It was primarily created for Spanish-speaking customers to book &quot;hotels at the lowest prices&quot; in Spain. In addition to the obligatory search and reservation functions for accommodations according to standard criteria, the website also offers a details page for each hotel and gives users the option of rating the hotel after their stay.</p>
<p>The website was implemented based on a design template in TYPO3 with language platforms for Spanish, English and German. The interfaces were developed in XML for the IAN reservation system.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p>

<p>From January to June 2009, we developed websites for 23 shopping centers operated by METRO Group Asset Management GmbH all across Germany.</p>
<p>Global publication of offers for chain stores inside the centers, extensive, interactive, isometrically designed center maps and a dynamic teaser for the communication of are prominent features of centrally and decentrally maintained sites.</p>
<h4>New features included:</h4><ul><li>Individual store database per center</li><li>Automatically generated opening-hours survey</li><li>Individual offers in each centersite</li><li>Isometric flash centermap with brief summaries of store information</li><li>News module</li><li> Dynamic teaser module for inclusion of timed events or photographs with individual customizable timespan</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>

Every Tuesday, subscribers learn what’s new in the fields of politics, dental medicine, continued education, etc.&nbsp; Prospective subscribers have the option to test the contents for 4-week complimentary trial period before the website gives them a registration reminder. The automatically generated weekly newsletter consolidates the most important new topics on the website. The new survey module helps users recognize trends, while the tag cloud provides key-word focal points of the current article at a glance.&nbsp; </p>

The product ranges include office furniture, kitchenware, light fixtures, clothing, tools, and etc. wfp: 2 developed the franchise shop system, all administrative fields, the process management and the cache function that enhances the website’s performance. </p>
<p>We support Inwerk’s website maintenance, optimization and further development on a daily basis.</p>

Wireless LAN, fax, charging stations for cell phones and last, but not least sophisticated cuisine have helped take highway restaurants to whole new level. In August 2009, AXXE Reisegastronomie upgraded its website in keeping with its novel professional approach.<br /><br />AXXE facilities across the country are now easy to find thanks to the large locations map and a highway filter for easy searches. Brief information about the services and features of each rest stop can be accessed via mouse over. These facilities offer special services for various target groups: business travelers, tour buses, truck drivers and traveling families. The easy-to-use navigation takes target groups directly to pertinent contents. The site also boasts an indispensible feature for any traveler services site: a route planner implemented with Yellow Map that has all the helpful functions of state-of-the-art route planning. <br /><br />By the way: In the most recent ADAC rest stop test, the AXXE rest stop Auerswalder Blick was ranked the number one rest stop in Germany.</p>

Consumers who browse the localized websites view offers in various price brackets as well as new specials available at the restaurants in bi-weekly intervals.<br /><br />Now, visitors of any of the websites of DINEA’s&nbsp; 100 restaurants find the latest specials, promotions and other restaurant attractions right on the site. The information is updated bi-weekly by DINEA. DINEA offers four different price brackets for meals. Upon release for publication, the automated newsletter is sent out to subscribers directly the night before the new specials become available.<br /><br />The website also contains extensive information about each individual restaurant, for example, parking options, opening hours, images, a comprehensive career section, etc.</p>
